About this product
The BMT Irons Big Tall +1" Iron Set is an 8-piece right-handed iron set for men, comprising clubs #4 through SW. It features precision cast 431 stainless steel heads with a black and silver finish, stiff flex steel shafts, and a standard lie angle. The 4-iron measures 39.5 inches, and the set is designed for taller golfers with a +1 inch length adjustment. This set is made in the United States.
Our take
This iron set targets taller golfers who need extra length without custom fitting. The +1 inch extension and stiff steel shafts suit players with faster swing speeds, but the stiff flex may be demanding for seniors or high-handicappers. The standard lie angle might not fit all taller players, who often need upright lies. The set covers 4-SW, providing a full range of irons, but lacks a gap wedge. For the mid-range price, it offers a complete set, yet the stiff flex limits its audience to stronger, more skilled players.
